Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Leader

Job Description

As a seasoned project management professional, you will lead the delivery of infrastructure and facilities improvements at our manufacturing site in Artarmon.

With substantial experience in civil engineering projects, you will oversee specific operational transformation projects that enhance safety and efficiency at the site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in managing multiple projects and programs concurrently.

Key responsibilities include scope planning, coordination, and management of all phases of project and program lifecycle, from design to delivery.

Strategic thinking, understanding organizational goals, and delivering within project parameters are essential skills for this role.

Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business and align project deliverables to realize business strategy.

Manage project budgets, reviewing regularly for alignment or opportunities for cost reduction.

Define and implement quality requirements to ensure project success.

Support the delivery of successful transformation by integrating change management into the project and governance framework.

Lead allocated team members, including performance management, talent development, and recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least ten years' experience in a project management role in heavy equipment manufacturing, supply chain operations, or similar.
  • Formal qualification in project management (PMP preferred).
  • Demonstrable project management, transformation, and change management skills and experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in undertaking engineering projects, with a strong preference for civil and structural.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
