Infrastructure Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our Engineering Services team in delivering high-quality infrastructure outcomes for the community.

About the Job

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and strategies. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in project management, and a proven track record in managing professional engineering teams.

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Act as the asset owner for multiple asset classes, ensuring compliance with relevant asset management policies and plans.
  • Develop and implement Asset Management Systems and Maintenance Management Systems to improve infrastructure performance.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project management: oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects.
  2. Asset management: ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of infrastructure assets.
  3. Team leadership: manage and develop a team of engineers to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status with Engineers Australia.
  • Proven experience in civil design, asset management, and delivery of civil works programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing professional engineering teams.
  • Extensive project management experience with proven budgetary and contractual oversight.
