Job Title: Renewable Energy Contract Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage contractual agreements for renewable energy projects.
  • Negotiate and administer contracts, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and reporting.
  • Support dispute resolution processes when required.

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry or providing services to it.
  • Expertise in renewable energy project agreements, including LTSA and EPC contracts.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management tools/software.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with utility-scale and distributed generation projects.
  • Knowledge of fast-paced, growth-oriented renewable energy environments.
  • Familiarity with offtake agreements, energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and project financing structures will be highly regarded.
