Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to lead the end-to-end contractual function across large-scale renewable energy projects from procurement through to construction and handover.

This is a key leadership role supporting both commercial performance and risk management across an Australian portfolio.

  • Manage and administer project contracts including EPC, BoP, OEM, LTSA, and grid connection agreements.
  • Support early-stage project development, advising on optimal contracting strategies and risk allocation.
  • Drive contract negotiation, execution workflows, compliance tracking, and variation/claim management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 7-10+ years of experience in contract management for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex EPC and related contracts.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction law and risk management principles.
  • High attention to detail with experience managing multiple contracts and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable advising senior management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience on the developer side within renewables (solar, wind, BESS) is highly desirable.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Construction, Engineering, or Business.
