We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to play a pivotal role in the success of our renewable energy projects across Australia.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the contractual function across large-scale projects from procurement through to construction and handover. This includes contract negotiation, execution workflows, compliance tracking, and variation/claim management.

  • Manage and administer project contracts including EPC, BoP, OEM, LTSA, and grid connection agreements.
  • Support early-stage project development, advising on optimal contracting strategies and risk allocation.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure robust contract governance.

  • Provide commercial support to project managers throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in contract management for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex EPC and related contracts.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction law and risk management principles.
  • High attention to detail with experience managing multiple contracts and stakeholders.
