Reviewing, drafting and negotiating EPC, O&M, development agreements, energy, green rights sales and complex construction contracts; Provide legal advice on land acquisition, FIRB compliance and M&A activity; Collaborate with other departments to provide legal support and guidance; Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Requirements:

4-7 years PQE; Legally qualified with current practicing certificate; Top-tier/mid-tier law firm experience with relevant construction or infrastructure background; Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills; Strong understanding of construction and operations contracts, land acquisition, FIRB compliance and M&A activity.
