
Fostering Student Engagement through Innovative Educational Strategies

We are seeking a visionary leader in education to drive excellence in teaching and learning. As an integral member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for fostering student learning growth and engagement across the student lifecycle.
This role involves overseeing co-curricular programs in collaboration with co-curricular leaders to create opportunities for student engagement, breadth, and depth in learning. You will work closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning to develop a proactive approach to data analytics, visualisation, and storytelling that enhances learning outcomes and engagement for students.
The ideal candidate will have significant educational expertise and experience, with a strong track record of developing educational frameworks and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. They will be a flexible and adaptable individual who recognises the critical importance of student engagement and the use of data and metrics to improve student outcomes.

About the Position
- Foster student learning growth and engagement across the student lifecycle.
- Develop and implement co-curricular programs in collaboration with co-curricular leaders.
- Work closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning to develop a proactive approach to data analytics, visualisation, and storytelling.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Significant experience in education, preferably in a leadership position.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement educational frameworks and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
