Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative leader to oversee the development of co-curricular programs that foster student engagement, growth, and learning across the student lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues to create opportunities for students to engage in meaningful experiences that promote breadth and depth in learning.
This role works closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning to drive data-informed practices and improve student outcomes through analytics and visualisation.
About the Role:
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance contemporary teaching and learning
Leading the use of data analytics and metrics to improve student outcomes
Supporting strategic goals and targets through the design of high-quality educational programs
Building capacity in others through continuous improvement and professional development
