Key Responsibilities- Support the agent at open homes, buyer appointments, and auctions.
- Nurture relationships with buyers and vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Prepare market analysis reports, marketing materials, and other essential documents.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Drive database growth and foster engagement with buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Ambition to grow into a standalone agent or long-term associate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and a proactive approach.
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- A driver's license and reliable vehicle.
