">As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for attending open homes, buyer appointments and auctions, managing buyer follow-up and negotiation support, preparing CMAs, pre-list kits and marketing materials, and coordinating campaign timelines, vendors and buyers with precision.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- At least 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or a sales support role
">- Ambition to grow into a standalone agent or long-term associate
">- Strong communication and people skills
">- Professional presentation and a proactive mindset
">- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
">- Driver's licence and reliable car
