Centre Performance Coach

We are seeking a skilled Centre Performance Coach to play a pivotal role in supporting and empowering Centre Directors to drive improvement and progress in their centres. This involves coaching them to build their capability and confidence through a strengths-based approach, providing regular feedback and support to ensure they meet their goals and targets, and working closely with them to develop and implement plans to improve centre performance and outcomes for children.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has strong business acumen across all domains of centre performance. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-year Early Childhood qualification or relevant experience in a leadership role, as well as experience working in centres and with Centre Directors.

The successful applicant will be responsible for holding regular coaching sessions with assigned Centre Directors, delivering coaching via virtual and in-person sessions to achieve best efficiencies and impact, and documenting goals, action plans, and commitments by Centre Directors to support ongoing coaching conversations.
