State Performance Lead Job Overview

This role requires a deep understanding of each centre's unique situation, team dynamics, and leadership capabilities to empower Centre Directors to deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre performance using data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Centre Directors and teams to achieve outstanding results fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
  • Hold systems line manager and performance management responsibilities for a designated number of Centre Directors ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:

As State Performance Lead you will work closely with the State Manager to ensure that our Centre Directors are empowered to deliver exceptional results across all centres in the state. This role requires a deep understanding of each centre's unique situation, team dynamics, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically collaborate effectively and navigate complex situations with ease.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes analysing data and formulating strategies to improve performance.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Qualifications in Business Teaching or Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) discipline an advantage.
