Hearing Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, answering inquiries and providing tailored product information.
- Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with expert audiologists.
- Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
- Resolve concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or allied health environments.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate software programs (CRM, appointment management, etc.).
- Meticulous attention to detail with a solid administrative background and a collaborative spirit.
