As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves interacting with customers through phone, email, and in-person conversations to answer their inquiries and provide personalized product information.

You will also be scheduling appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with our expert audiologists, guiding customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories, and resolving concerns efficiently to ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering customer service in retail or allied health environments.
  • Good computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software programs.
  • Attention to detail with a solid administrative background and a collaborative spirit.
