Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough hearing assessments and provide comprehensive maintenance services for hearing aids (Full training provided).
  • Offer face-to-face and phone-based support to our valued clients.
  • Manage customer appointments effectively using Diary and Inbox tools.
  • Source external lead generation opportunities and execute local marketing initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Contribute to team performance by providing regular reports and solutions.
  • Provide administrative assistance to our Audiologists and clinics.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in office software.
