The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a hospitality role is an advantage.
- Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are beneficial.
- High level of organisation, self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on any task as needed.
