Career Opportunity: Join our team as a Dining Experience Coordinator and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to provide exceptional dining services to our residents. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing resident meal service, including assisting with meal preparation and presentation
  • Supporting your peers and maintaining a cooperative team spirit
  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures

Requirements for Success:

  • A heart and passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) - desirable but not essential
  • Good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Able to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
