Job Title

As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our restaurant, lobby bar, and In-Room Dining & Mini Bar services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Outlets Manager to develop strategies for improving service quality and efficiency.
  • Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategize on new product and service offerings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service.
  • Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
