About the Role

Cognizant is seeking an experienced ETL Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our data warehousing team, you will be responsible for performing end-to-end data warehouse testing for large programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Solutions Architecture team to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
  • Identify testable scenarios and create test cases based on requirements.
  • Develop and execute automation test scripts and manual test cases.
  • Record and maintain testing evidence and track execution status of assigned test cases.
  • Identify defects and log failures, and track defects to closure.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in ETL and data warehouse testing using AWS/Azure cloud services.
  • SQL, Unix, VB Scripting, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift.
  • Technical skills on SQL query, data modeling, and data pipeline.
  • Understanding complex business problems/requirements to develop test cases.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
