Transformative Opportunity for a Test Environment and Data Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Environment and Data Manager to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and maintenance of end-to-end non-production environments, ensuring the availability of non-production environments to support multiple projects, and driving resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement test environment and test data strategies for the domain, program of work based on requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve environment-related issues
  • Ensure test environment policies, processes, and standards are followed, including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks
  • Define and implement key test environment and test data metrics
  • Coordinate test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications, ensuring data compliance requirements are met
  • Work in Agile environments and have experience with industry-standard test environment and test data management tools/platforms
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in incident, change, and problem management
