Job Title: Revenue Accounting Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Accounting professional to lead our revenue recognition, billing, and collections processes. As a key member of our finance team, you will own the full quote-to-cash process, drive team growth, ensure audit readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize contract and billing operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and scale revenue recognition, billing, and collections processes
  • Own the full quote-to-cash process, ensuring seamless execution from sales order to cash receipt
  • Drive team growth through strategic planning, talent acquisition, and development
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve audit readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize contract and billing operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
  • 10-12+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting and billing/collections, including 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep expertise in ASC 606, including experience reviewing complex SaaS and subscription-based contracts
  • Proven experience leading order-to-cash processes and managing billing and AR operations
  • Experience in a public company environment, including SOX compliance and external audit
