About the role

Seeking a Senior Finance Leader to join our organisation and drive business-critical finance activities.

The Head of Finance will be responsible for managing and communicating the company's financial & corporate accounting activities.

This role is pivotal to providing financial oversight over our operations, focusing on ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the timely completion of month-end accounting and reporting with support from the team
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive the timely completion of annual budgets for each site
  • Coach, develop and grow a high-performing team to further develop existing capabilities and technical knowledge
  • Support senior leadership on business development opportunities as required
  • Timely completion of all tax-related cycles and the annual tax return process
  • Prepare regular cashflow forecasts to ensure sufficient cash reserves for growth CAPEX and working capital
  • Understand key drivers of revenue and costs to derive a 'driver-based' budget
  • Complete all required supplementary reporting
  • Review commerciality of existing supplier relationships and review procurement opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, process and efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ideally, you will be a qualified accounting professional and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail, enjoy being hands-on with work and have worked in a complex, dynamic and fast-paced organisation previously.
