Key Finance Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the financial performance of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and support to senior management, ensuring that financial information is accurate and reliable, and identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.

The role involves leading and managing a team of finance professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to support team development and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in project finance and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. You will also need to be highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • A recognised degree in Accountancy.
  • Qualified CPA / CA / Nearing completion.
  • Overall, 7 to 10 years of core accounting experience with minimum 5 years of experience in Project Finance.
  • Minimum 2-3 years Oil and Gas Project finance experience.
