We are seeking a strategic finance leader to join our organisation as we navigate a transformative period of scale and expansion.

This is a highly visible, senior finance role designed as a shared resource across multiple business units. The successful candidate will provide financial leadership, discipline, and foresight as the business grows.


About the Role:
  • Partner with executives and business leaders to drive financial performance and strategic outcomes across divisions;
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that deliver clarity in a scaling environment;
  • Support capital management, investment analysis, and portfolio optimisation to drive returns for stakeholders;
  • Design and embed scalable finance processes, systems, and controls to support growth trajectory;
  • Provide financial guidance on new initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership team;
  • Mentor and develop finance team members, building capability within the function.

Requirements:
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 10+ years' experience in senior finance leadership roles;
Background in property funds management, asset management, or adjacent sectors essential;
Experience in scaling organisations, ideally with exposure to high-growth environments;
Strong understanding of financial frameworks relevant to funds, investments, and capital deployment;
Knowledge of data centres or similar capital-intensive sectors advantageous;
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with ability to engage and challenge stakeholders;
Commercially astute, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguity; and
Proven track record of driving process improvement and embedding best practice finance disciplines.
