About the Role
  • Month-end close processes, including journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting
  • Preparation of management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Compliance with statutory requirements, including BAS and payroll tax, as well as audit preparation
  • Collaboration with operational managers to provide strategic financial insights
  • Driving process improvements across the finance function
About You
  • A proactive and forward-thinking individual with excellent problem-solving skills
  • A strong commercial acumen with advanced technical accounting knowledge
  • Experienced in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Able to work effectively with senior leaders and operational teams
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with enterprise resource planning systems
