Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Management Expert to provide specialized contract administration services supporting high-performing contracted services related to road reseal, rehabilitation, stormwater, drainage, road line marking, and other civil programs.

The Transport Network Operations Branch offers high-level maintenance, construction, and asset management services for all road and related infrastructure assets (pavements, bridges, drainage, pathways, street furniture). The branch emphasizes continuous performance improvement through leadership and employee engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in managing contracts, with tertiary qualifications (e.g., Bachelor of Business or equivalent)
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration
  • Expert knowledge of procurement and contract management strategies, contract law, workplace legislation (including WHS and Environmental Protection Acts), and an understanding of contractual risks
