Job Title:

Distribution Business Manager Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and enable key distribution partners across Australia and New Zealand with the aim of maintaining and growing revenue.

Working closely with management and the partner development manager, you will be responsible for upskilling and enabling distribution employees while acting as a conduit between our company and the distributor.

This position requires strong communication and relationship-building skills to create a mutually beneficial partnership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth of revenue through ANZ distribution partners.
  • Act as the liaison between distributors and our account team.
  • Create strategic growth plans with each distributor in line with financial and qualitative goals.
  • Identify key growth opportunities within each distributor.
  • Upskill and train distribution AE/AMs on the value of our platform and its alignment with M365.
  • Facilitate movement of direct business through distribution (fulfilment).
  • Represent and build our public channel brand through industry events and participation.
  • Manage a pipeline of distribution sourced business.
