Job Title: Training and Instructional Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Trainer and Assessor to facilitate the delivery of training programs across various sectors. The successful candidate will have expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and assessment strategies.

The role involves delivering training sessions, assessing learner competency, and providing feedback. You will also be required to develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate training sessions for learners in various settings, including face-to-face and distance learning environments.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, assessments, and evaluations that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess learner competency through observations, assignments, and exams.
  • Provide constructive feedback to learners to support their development and progress.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform training program development.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) or higher.
  • Industry currency in at least one of the following qualifications: SIT30622 Certificate III in Hospitality, SIR30216 Certificate III in Retail, CHC42015 Cert IV Community Services, ICT20120 Cert II Applied Digital Technologies, CPP30321 Cert III Cleaning Operations, TLI30321 Cert III Supply Chain Operations, BSB30120 Cert III Business, HLT23221 Cert II Health Support Services, CHC33021 Cert III Individual Support, CHC43121 Cert IV Disability.
