Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rental Operations Agent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, preparing vehicles for rental, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your customer service skills, and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter
  • Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts
  • Promoting our products and services
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full and valid Australian driver's licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
