About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our leadership team at Australia Head Office. This role is pivotal in driving customer centricity, process enhancement, and continuous improvement across the region.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and effectively.

- Oversee team performance, identify training needs, and support professional development to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
About You
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory or team leader role within a contact center or similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve customer service targets and KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work setting.
