Green Light Worldwide is seeking a Project Coordinator to enhance a thriving delivery team responsible for executing extensive programs of work.

The Project Coordinator will interact with essential stakeholders, including Program Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Technical Stream Leads. This role is pivotal in ensuring that various streams are cohesively aligned, guiding the program towards its strategic objectives. Success in this position will depend on the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing support and advice to guarantee that deliverables are achieved within the specified time, budget, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expertise, including templates and tailored guidance across various project sizes.
  • Serve as a central point to advocate for the utilization and advantages of project management methodologies, ensuring a uniform approach.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other PMO functions to oversee the accuracy of project documentation (including reporting and project plans) to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Identify interdependencies, coordination, and resource challenges across projects as necessary.
  • Take ownership of the reporting framework and coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Scheduling, Resource Management, and Change Management.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active NV1 Federal Security Clearance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project-related roles (either in a PMO or as a project coordinator).
  • Familiarity with concepts, practices, and procedures associated with project management methodologies and the ICT delivery lifecycle.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities frequently shift.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to interpret technology project deliverables and their implications.
  • Experience in Financial Management, including reporting, tracking, and cost center reconciliation.
  • Skilled in enforcing project governance practices and maintaining best practice documentation and document management.
  • Ability to escalate and resolve project risks and issues in collaboration with the project team.
  • Provide specific administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistance.
  • Manage and track all project financials and invoicing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders regarding task status.
  • Assist the PMO with financials, reporting, and RAID tracking.
  • Demonstrate effective internal and external stakeholder management skills.
