About the Role

We are seeking an experienced APS6 Program Management Officer to manage resilient infrastructure programs, contribute to policy development, and engage globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Official Development Assistance (ODA) programs supporting quality infrastructure in the Indo-Pacific region.
  • Oversee grant contributions to key initiatives like CDRI IRIS, PRIF, and BDN.
  • Ensure programs meet Aid Programming Guide and regulatory requirements, including the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
  • Lead performance, quality reporting, and risk management for the branch.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure Fellowships and Engagement Program manager to support international engagement.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, especially with global partners in CDRI, PRIF, and BDN.
Requirements
  • Experience in international development or Australian government program management.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and clear communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
  • Foundational knowledge in infrastructure, strategic policy, or development cooperation.
