About the Role

The People Operations Specialist plays a pivotal part in introducing HR systems and policies, building strong relationships within the team, and understanding the needs and requirements of a growing business.

This role requires a career-driven and experienced professional who can take ownership of employee onboarding, training, and succession management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage conflicts and provide advisory support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policymaking and implementation for a dynamic and ever-changing work environment
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee performance and growth
  • Providing proactive and initiative-taking advisory support to the team
  • Leading the recruitment process and onboarding new employees into the organization
  • Maintaining and improving HR processes and procedures

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role with proven track record of success
  • HR degree or qualification with expertise in employment law and regulations
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
