Job Title:

People Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving business success through effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize staffing levels and manage the hiring process for all positions within the organization.
  • Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and hire top talent to meet business needs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through proactive communication, recognition programs, and professional development opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance evaluation processes to drive growth, productivity, and retention.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain policies that support business objectives, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Human Resources Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist or operations role.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
