Deep Foundation Design and Construction Specialist

A key position in our geotechnical engineering team, overseeing national engagement in deep foundation design and construction.
This leadership role requires effective coordination of technical competencies among geotechnical staff to meet client needs and market drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate technical expertise of geotechnical staff to deliver high-quality services.
- Engage in alternate delivery projects to provide deep foundation design and construction capabilities.
- Select, train, mentor and manage geotechnical personnel to enhance team performance.
- Promote the geotechnical practice and establish partnerships to advance innovative concepts and mitigate risks.
- Contribute to professional discipline groups to continually improve standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Professional, Architecture or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in related field with strong technical knowledge.
- Maintains a professional registration and has related technical experience.
- Proven ability to develop and manage diverse teams.
- Collaborates effectively with business class regional directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers.
