National Deep Foundation Design and Construction Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Geotechnical Leader to spearhead our national engagement, deep foundation design, and construction efforts. This key role will be responsible for driving the growth of our geotechnical practice through strategic planning, project management, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and improve technical competencies of geotechnical staff in deep foundation design and construction.
- Promote innovative concepts and mitigate risks through partnerships and alternate delivery projects.
- Select, train, mentor, and manage geotechnical personnel to elevate quality and support strategic growth.
- Contribute to HDR's geotechnical practice and professional discipline groups, project teams, and activities.
- Participate in geotechnical strategic planning and implementation, ensuring proactive project management systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, refining processes to increase technical competence, efficiency of design, and quality of product.
- Serve as project manager or geotechnical task lead, taking responsibility for production on projects while representing HDR in front of clients.
