Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.
  • Oversee lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.
  • Manage arrears, outgoings, budgets, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare detailed condition reports.
  • Coordinate capital works, fit-outs, and make-good projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • A strong understanding of retail/commercial leases and outgoings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software (Released/Cirrus8) and MS Office.
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (QLD).
