Role Summary
The Ao4 Leasing Coordinator plays a vital part in planning, coordinating and delivering commercial leasing solutions across office property portfolios.
This role involves working with the Leasing Team to assist in the delivery and management of leased assets, providing expert advice on commercial lease management, and supporting high-profile leasing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leased assets and update relevant systems data efficiently.
- Provide expert guidance on commercial lease administration and best practices.
- Support strategic leasing initiatives and sensitive project engagements.
- Assist with financial planning, forecasting and reporting for leased assets.
- Contribute to policy development and guideline implementation related to leasing activities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to inform informed strategic decision-making.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level correspondence and briefing notes as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial leasing, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong customer service skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent financial administration skills, including invoice preparation and processing.
- Solid administration experience, especially updating data in systems like Manhattan.
- A proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
