About You:

  • Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Leadership experience, including team leaders or assistant directors looking to advance their careers.
  • Deep understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations.
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • A passion for leading teams and supporting children to thrive.
  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills with families, children, and team members.
