Practice and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Practice and Inclusion Specialist in our Townsville office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing coaching and advice to centre teams on quality, inclusive Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC). Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality, inclusive early learning programs aged birth to 8 years.
  • Cultivating partnerships with community and government networks/resources to develop targeted services and programs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance teaching and learning capabilities in centre teams.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading change and coaching high-performing teams. You must also possess comprehensive knowledge of policies, frameworks, and funding supports for children and families, including the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
