Director of Strategic Infrastructure Development

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the strategic design, implementation, and management of infrastructure assets across multiple categories.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide visionary leadership to the Engineering Services team to deliver high-priority infrastructure projects within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure seamless asset management by acting as the primary contact for various asset classes and guaranteeing adherence to relevant policies, strategies, and plans.
- Drive the development and deployment of advanced Asset Management Systems and Maintenance Management Systems.
- Offer authoritative technical guidance to Council officials, stakeholders, and community members on complex civil infrastructure designs.
- Deliver efficient project management services, including procurement, contract administration, and budget control.
- Nurture effective relationships with residents, government agencies, contractors, and elected officials through high-level consultation and liaison.
- Promote innovation and sustainability in infrastructure planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
