**Job Role Overview:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge and understanding of government policies, procedures, and processes.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating submissions to ensure quality, relevance, and appropriateness, as well as providing exceptional service to customers and stakeholders by offering accurate and timely advice and assistance on Cabinet and Executive Council matters.

Liaison with officers across various departments on transport policy issues and building strong working relationships is also essential.

Additionally, the role involves coordinating the Cabinet bag on a weekly basis for senior executives and ensuring timely and accurate coordination of proactive release of Cabinet business.

Effective workflow management systems and processes must be in place to ensure deadlines are clearly identified and met.

Providing efficient administrative support services using modern business practices and software is also critical.

Ensuring secure storage, handling, and dissemination of Cabinet documents within the organization is a vital aspect of this role.
