This position involves supporting Centre Managers and educators to enhance service quality, offer coaching and mentoring, and use data to drive meaningful improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ACECQA and NQF requirements, experience in coaching, auditing or leadership, and excellent communication skills.

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education is essential.
  • A positive communicator with strengths in mentoring and building relationships is crucial.
