Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Brook Point Cook. This role will involve supporting the achievement of set financial targets, leading and inspiring the team, co-creating the best experiences for our clients, and ensuring compliance with all external bodies.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality management and possess current certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Gaming Employee Licence (RSG).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the achievement of set financial targets through effective stock control and management.
  • Maintaining front-of-house ambiance and appearance at all times.
  • Staff management including rostering, training, and performance management.
  • Coordination, execution, and evaluation of promotions.
  • Managing venue auditing and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For:

An energetic and positive can-do attitude, ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
