Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the achievement of set financial targets
  • Managing stock control and ensuring front-of-house ambiance and appearance are always excellent
  • Staff management, including rostering, training, and performance management
  • Coordinating, executing, and evaluating promotions
  • Managing venue auditing and compliance requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
  • A current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
  • A Food Handlers Certificate
  • TAB Compliance
  • An energetic and positive can-do attitude
  • The ability to work productively in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Full working rights in Australia
