**Responsibilities**

This varied role involves providing optimal customer service and administrative support to our Head Office team. Your duties may include;

Welcoming visitors and contractors and assisting with inductions

Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders

Managing and responding to client, supplier, and service requests

Coordinating activities and tasks throughout the business as required

Assisting with compliance and quality accreditations

Supporting payroll and accounts teams with administration tasks

Supporting management, finance, and logistics teams with administrative duties

Organising functions, meetings, and events

**Requirements**

Year 11 education or equivalent

Motivated and eager to start a new position

Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and passion for customer service

Ability to work in a busy environment and multitask

Excellent written communication skills
