Production Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment and be passionate about health and wellness. You will be comfortable working under the instruction of senior management and delegating tasks to staff while ensuring efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Operations - Juicing, bottling, packing, cleaning
  • Proficient use of Google Drive, Google Sheets, Excel, Word
  • Managing staffing and staff rosters
  • Managing staff performance and productivity
  • Co-running team meetings and training
  • Managing and ordering stock and produce - maintaining and building relationships with local farmers and suppliers
  • Following cleaning, maintenance, and training schedules
  • Ensuring production times are kept within appropriate limits
  • Maintaining a positive work environment and staff wellbeing
  • Contributing to and following policies and procedures, including operations, Food Safety, OH&S
  • Ensure staff are following policies and procedures
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and developing our organization

Additional responsibilities include being responsible for coordinating logistics outside regular hours (rare) and delivering high-quality work while maintaining a professional attitude.
