Qube is a leading provider of mine to market and mine resupply solutions, offering a range of services including mine, road, rail, storage, port, and ship services.


We handle over 85 million tonnes per annum of various bulk ores, concentrates, mineral sands, salt, coal, and dangerous goods, and deliver a range of tanker services from pneumatic operations for cement and lime to bulk liquid tankers for fuel and sulphuric acid.


The Role


We are seeking an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our team in Brisbane, with the opportunity to travel to our Cloncurry site 2-4 days per month.


This role forms an integral part of the project team, responsible for administrative functions and providing support to the rest of the team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Ensure all contract rates are invoiced to clients in accordance with specific contracts
  • Ensure all contract conditions pertaining to rates and services are adhered to
  • Ensure all relevant paperwork is collated and attached as per invoicing procedures
  • Experience with accounts payable
  • Creating and actioning purchase orders
  • Ensuring all employee compliance is within guidelines
  • Scheduling employee medical appointments
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Scheduling flights and accommodation
  • Assist Project Manager with stock of safety equipment
  • Maintain a register and assist in the processing of employee inductions
  • Ordering office stationery requirements
  • General office filing for personnel and training files
  • Maintain a register for electrical testing and tagging

About You


To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:



  • Secondary or tertiary education
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Email management, data entry, and working across spreadsheets skills preferred
  • At least 2 years experience working in a similar position
  • Experience with compliance coordination or similar
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Accounts payable experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
  • Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly
  • Flexible approach with strong business acumen
