Supervisory Role

Job Summary:
CPB Contractors is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our project team, responsible for coordinating all direct report site employees, plant resources, and subcontract teams to achieve quality and safety objectives in accordance with the project programmes and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a culture of 'Safety underpins everything we do'
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, the specifications, the EBA and safety and environmental regulations
- Effectively coordinate and supervise trade contractors
- Ensure all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
- Monitor construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
- Ensure accurate timesheets are submitted to the pay office within specified timeframes
- Manage site security and material/plant deliveries and storage and general housekeeping
- Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work
- Forward plan daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification/certification
- Site experience in a similar role
- Experience in applying principles of construction to deliver works in accordance with scope of works technical criteria (SWTC)
- Demonstrated commercial experience includes planning up to 4 weeks ahead and monitoring of resources within area of accountability
- Proven experience in leading a safety culture
- Excellent leadership, planning & organisation skills
- High problem solving and conflict management skills
