Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and supervise a team of financial counsellors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships, ensuring effective communication and service planning
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational policies
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Social Sciences, or equivalent
  • Financial Counselling qualification advantageous
  • Proven experience in program management, staff supervision, and service delivery in the community sector
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on professional development and team cohesion
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent written and verbal communication skills
